At Pure Aroma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines:

a. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
b. Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Return Process

b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
3. Return Authorization (RA) Number
a. Returns must include the RA number provided by our customer support team. Items returned without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
a. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
5. Refund Process
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
b. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
c. Refunds may take up to 25 business days to reflect in your account.
6. Non-Returnable Items
